Quote Pricing Policy

Quotes provided by D-Tech Coatings, LLC through our website, phone, email, text message, or other communication methods are estimates based on the information, descriptions, photographs, and other details provided to us at the time the quote is issued.

All quoted pricing is subject to inspection of the actual parts. Final pricing may vary based on the condition of the parts, including but not limited to existing damage, corrosion, pitting, previous coatings, repairs, modifications, or other conditions that may affect the preparation or coating process.

A quote does not constitute a guarantee of final pricing or acceptance of the parts for service. D-Tech Coatings, LLC reserves the right to revise or adjust the quoted price when additional labor, materials, or preparation are required beyond what could reasonably be determined from the information available when the quote was provided. If significant additional costs are identified, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer before proceeding with the additional work.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices and quoted services are subject to change after the expiration of the 30-day period.
