Core Exchanges, Refunds, and Exchanges
Core Exchange Policy
The Core Exchange Policy expires after 30 days of receipt of package.
Please make sure that the parts are wrapped securely. We will let you know that we received the package and if the parts are in good condition (no gouges, deep scratches in the metal, dented, etc) we will refund you the core charge within 24-48 hours. If the part(s) is not in good condition (has gouges, deep scratches in the metal, unusable, dented, etc) and the buyer would like us to ship the part(s) back to them, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges.
Return Policy
Our return policy expires in 15 days of receipt. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless it is our error. Contact us for details.
All returns require a Return Authorization number before they can be returned to D-Tech Coatings. Please contact us at info@dtechcoatings.com to receive a Return Authorization number. Returns without prior authorization will be refused. No RAs will be issued after 30 days from date of invoice.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A refund will not be given if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. This includes damages related to return shipping. Please make sure that the item(s) are packed securely.
If the part(s) are returned because a customer changes their mind or did not read the product description, the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 business days.
D-Tech Coatings is not responsible for stolen packages. Once the package is delivered to the supplied address, it is the buyer's responsibility.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
