D-Tech Coatings makes every effort to ship all orders for in-stock items within 24 hours of the order being processed. Please note that this is not a guaranteed timeframe, as periods of high order volume or carrier delays may occasionally affect shipping times.
If we anticipate a delay with your order, we will contact you with an update. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If you have any questions about shipping times, please contact us at info@dtechcoatings.com.
How Are Shipping and Handling Charges Determined?
Within the USA, shipping costs are calculated based on the dollar value of your order and the shipping method you choose. There is an $11.95 minimum shipping charge. We charge a flat rate of $11.95, $15.95, $19.95, $24.95, $29.95, $36.95, 44.95, or 452.95 based upon your merchandise total* (some restrictions apply). Orders must ship by "ground" service within the 48 contiguous US States. (This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Normal carrier rates apply.) Domestic Air and International service is not included...normal carrier rates apply. Some of our items are oversized and are subject to additional shipping fees. This fee varies based on the individual product and its size. These additional shipping fees will be added to our Flat Rate Shipping.
