Core Exchange Policy
Core Exchange PolicyThe Core Exchange Policy expires after 30 days of receipt of package.
Please make sure that the parts are wrapped securely. We are not responsible for damage of parts being shipped back to us.
We will let you know that we received the package and if the parts are in good condition (no gouges, deep scratches in the metal, dented, etc), we will refund you the core charge within 24-72 hours.
Part(s) returned for core must match the part(s) purchased. If the part that is returned does not match the part purchased, no refund will be given and if buyer would like us to ship the part(s) back to them, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges.
If the part that you purchased is an assembly and it has multiple parts, all parts must me returned in order to get a refund.
If the part(s) is not in good condition (has gouges, deep scratches in the metal, unusable, dented, etc) and the buyer would like us to ship the part(s) back to them, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges.
If part(s) are previously coated by another coater, additional time will be required to strip and verify the part is acceptable, and price may reflect time needed to prepare part for coating.
We will not accept any parts that have plasti dip on them. It is your responsibility to remove the coating before shipping it to us.
If wiring harnesses are involved (ie, turn signals and/or tail lights), harness must be unmodified (ie. no splices, solder connections or modifications in any way) in order to receive core refund.
