How Are Exchange Program Works
How our exchange process works: The prices that we quote include a core charge. After you install the freshly coated parts, simply place your old parts in the box and send it back to us. We will let you know that we received the package and if the parts are in good condition (no gouges, deep scratches in the metal, etc) we will refund you the core charge.
We must receive the cores within 30 days of receipt of package to get 100% of the refund.
Warranty Information
D-Tech Coatings LLC. shall warrant its factory-applied powder coatings for a period of one (1) year. D-Tech Coatings LLC. warrants that the process of pretreatment and cure of all parts powder coated meets or exceeds the industry standards set forth by other powder manufacturers.
This warranty shall apply to the repair or replacement of coatings (at D-Tech Coatings LLC.’s discretion) of the material involved and shall not include reimbursement of consequential expenses such as installation, removal, equipment, or transportation costs.
D-Tech Coatings LLC. warrants against cracking, peeling, or excessive fading due to normal climatic exposure for a period of one (1) year. Damage to the finish coating (scratches, chipping, etc.) caused by mechanical abuse and/or normal everyday usage such as rock chips/road debris, rough handling, installation, vandalism, or wreckage is not covered by this warranty.
Shipping
D-Tech Coatings makes every effort to ship all orders of in-stock items within 24-48 hours of the order being processed. However, this is not a guarantee as some shipping times are very busy and may cause delays in shipments. If we foresee a delay in shipping your order we will contact you. Orders are not processed during weekends and holidays. D-Tech Coatings utilizes UPS to ship domestic orders.

If you are having a shop install your part(s) please schedule a time after you receive the part(s) or contact us and we will let you know when the part(s) will ship so you can schedule a time with your installer. We will work with you as much as we can to meet the scheduling needs, but we are not responsible for any UPS shipping delays.
How Are Shipping and Handling Charges Determined?
Within the USA, shipping costs are calculated based on the dollar value of your order and the shipping method you choose. There is an $11.95 minimum shipping charge. We charge a flat rate of $11.95, $14.95, $19.95, $24.95, $29.95, 35.95, or 39.95 based upon your merchandise total* (some restrictions apply). Orders must ship by "ground" service within the 48 contiguous US States. (This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Normal carrier rates apply.) Domestic Air and International service is not included...normal carrier rates apply. Some of our items are oversized and are subject to additional shipping fees. This fee varies based on the individual product and its size. These additional shipping fees will be added to our Flat Rate Shipping.
